What we do

Entrepreneurial de-risking.

We help you quickly assess whether an idea, product, or business opportunity is worth pursuing, before you commit more time, money, and resources to it.

We do this in one of three ways.

Market Report

A focused report on one primary idea, plus two auxiliary ideas in case the first one doesn't survive the analysis. We deliver it all in under a week.

Fits any business idea, whether B2C, B2B, niche, or broad.

How it works

You describe your idea on our platform.A writing interface where you can capture the idea and the context around it.
Optional written follow-ups and one optional call. Both help you think more clearly about your idea, and help us write a better report.
We deliver the report in under 7 days. You get notified the moment it's ready.

What's in the report

A concrete project plan.We turn the idea into a concrete project, with MVP specifications, a clear sense of which ICPs to approach first, the story you can use to reach them, and a baseline plan you can start executing on.
Demand analysis. We surface the online signals that show people actually need this kind of product. We look at the substitutes they currently rely on, how much effort they spend on workarounds, and the specific pain points they articulate when they complain about the current state of things.
Competitor analysis. We map out the competitive landscape so you know who is already operating in the space, how the market splits into segments, where saturation is highest, and where there is still room to enter.
Business model. We assess whether the idea makes more sense as B2C, B2B, or B2B2C, and we walk through what each of those paths would look like in practice.
Red flags. We flag the idea-killers we can see early, whether they are legal, technical, related to platform dependencies, or structural problems like a two-sided market that would be too hard to bootstrap.
Two backup ideas. These are less refined than the primary idea, but they are ready for you to fall back on if it doesn't survive the analysis.

Market Testing

You get everything in the Market Report. On top of that, we run a live ad campaign with three creative variations, send you milestone updates throughout, and deliver a final scored report at the end.

Fits any idea with a wide enough market. Ads need an audience to reach, so we need a market of at least a few hundred potential customers.

How it works

Everything from Offer 1.You start with the same Market Report, so the campaign is grounded in a real understanding of the market.
We make the ad creatives and run the campaigns. We handle the targeting, the copy, the visuals, and the publishing across whichever platforms fit your audience best.
Three creative variations. We ship the first variation in the middle of week 1, the second at the end of week 1, and the third in the middle of week 2. Each one is informed by what we learned from the previous run.

What you get at the end

An A/B/C/D score on the campaign. The score compares the signups you got against what we would expect for an idea of this caliber. It also reflects whether people just clicked through, actually signed up, or engaged further by replying to emails and following up with us.

Tech + Market Test

You get everything from Offer 1 and Offer 2. On top of that, we build (or re-use) the MVP and run three iteration cycles to get you to your first real users.

B2C consumer software only. Our shared infrastructure, our ad pipeline, and our team's rhythm are all tuned for it. You can see the apps we've built for what this looks like in practice.

We build or re-use the MVP.We start from a production-ready foundation that already includes authentication, payments, organisation management, and analytics.
Three iteration cycles. We build, ship, watch real users in the wild, learn from what we see, and then do it again. It is the same loop we use on our own projects.
First users in the door. You walk away with a working product and an initial user base, not just a report.

This one is bespoke, so and we will talk through whether your idea is the right fit.

Offer 1 is a fit for…

Incubators. They want a fast, structured read on the ideas in their portfolio before they allocate time and capital to them.
VCs and business angels. They want a clear, external view on a deal before they go further into diligence.
Economic redundancy and reskilling programs. They need to evaluate many candidate projects quickly and fairly.

Offer 2 is a fit for…

Startups. They are considering a pivot or weighing a new product line, and they need real-market signal before they commit.
R&D structures. These are public labs or private research groups with promising prototypes that still need a path to market.
Repeat entrepreneurs. They have a backlog of ideas and want to know which one is worth the next year of their life.
VCs and business angels. They are willing to fund a real-market test as part of diligence on a deal they are seriously considering.

The ways people test ideas today

Big companies. They wait for a startup to prove an idea, then acquire it. It is expensive, and it only works once the risky part has already been done by someone else.
Funds and incubators. They spread bets across many startups and hope one of them succeeds. The signal arrives years later.
Startups. They pivot every two to six months until something sticks, and burn through runway each time.
R&D labs. They build impressive tech that has no clear path to market, and they sometimes partner with outside operators to find one. Those partnerships often fail.
Engineers. They ship side-projects when they have the time, hoping one of them blows up.

What we do instead

We externalise the test, and we don't go as deep as a full product development cycle. That is precisely why we are faster and cheaper than the alternatives.

Days, not quarters.A Market Report lands in your inbox in under a week. A full Market Test wraps in about two.
A fraction of the cost. The test costs an order of magnitude less than building an MVP yourself, and several orders of magnitude less than running a pivot or acquiring a proven startup.
Twenty projects shipped in six weeks. Our tools and our process are already built. When you partner with us, you benefit from all of that compounding work.

Let's talk.
